Guide to online ordering
Our online catalogues enable you to find records of documents from all three partners of The Keep and you can use our online ordering system to ensure your documents will be ready for you when you come to visit.
We are one of the few archives in the country that offers online ordering with availability checks at the point of order. This ensures that two people can’t request the same document for the same date.
Ordering documents in this way will be new to many researchers who use archives and so we have developed these help pages to make the process easier.
You can click on any of the links below to learn more about each aspect of the online ordering process. We recommend that you start from the beginning and work your way through, but each section can be read on its own. You can go straight to any section by clicking on the links below or by selecting the links in the sidebar menus.
